LENDER INFORMATION:
Agents and clients are asked to work with ther Lenders diligently in order to get the Loan Package to our office a few days before closing. Lenders must approve the HUD-1 prior to closing and that usually takes one business day. A draft HUD Settlement Statement cannot be send out for review until our office has received the Loan Package and has had time to process it.

SURVEY:
We recommend Buyers obtain a survey to disclose potential encroachment or easement issues. Surveys are also helpful when performing work on teh property later.
